Refund Policy

Shipping Charges and Methods

We ship almost everything next business day, Fedex Ground in the US and UPS in the Canada. Depending on the item, they usually ship within 48 hours or two business days.

Alaska & Hawaii: Unfortunately, some products cannot be shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii. We will notify you of these exceptions shortly after your order has been placed (and issue an immediate refund). If an item can be shipped to these states, there may be an additional shipping charge that you will be made aware of shortly after the order is placed. If the charges are more than you would like to pay, you have the option to cancel your order.

Undeliverable Parcels: Any parcel returned for the following reasons; Refused, Unclaimed, Invalid Address, Unknown Address, or Insufficient Address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price, less shipping fees; shipping/Insurance, packaging, handling and postage fees will not be refunded.

We accept returns of any item within 15 days of your receipt of the order under the following conditions: The item must be new and unused and in it's original shipping carton.
Please be sure to return it in the original box or package including warranty card where applicable.
You are responsible for all shipping charges.
Before returning an item you MUST contact us for return instructions.
We know you cannot build a successful business with unsatisfied customers so we try very, very hard to keep you happy and coming back to our store!

ALL Returns must first request an RMA # Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping back returns.

In Europe we ship only to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,Czech Republic, Denmark, Estland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Letland, Lithuenia, LuxemBurg, Poland, Portugal, Rumenia, Slovenia, Slowakia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and United Kingdom.
